ABOUT US

The Law Office of Berger & LaForge is a small, personal service law office located in St. Joseph, Michigan. We serve clients throughout Southwest Michigan, but primarily in Berrien, Van Buren, and Cass Counties. Brian Berger and Dave LaForge have over 40 years of combined legal experience. Both attorneys believe in aggressively representing their clients, but work to fairly resolve cases at a reasonable expense to their clients. Only the most difficult cases require a trial, and most cases can be resolved through settlement negotiations. 

Two Legal Assistants, Brenda Wolff and Melissa Hoss, work closely with the attorneys to assist you and provide you with professional service. Both our Legal Assistants have many years of experience. They are always available to provide you with the help you need.
